SPARKLING

El Bajio Sparkling Brut Rose (Querètaro, Mexico) Alc. 12%

Clear and bright pink cherry blossom color. The nose has intense fruity notes of currant, strawberry, blueberry, and cherry. This sparkling wine is dry and graceful on the palate, with an elegant texture and a subtle red fruit notes on the finish. 

Le Vigne di Alice Prosecco Superiore Brut Nature (Valdobbiadene, Italy) Alc. 11.5%

Distinct fruit and flower scent, typical of Prosecco: honeysuckle, acacia, pear, apple.

Helfrich Cremant d'Alsace Brut (Alsace, France) Alc. 12%

A luminous and clean sparkling that consists of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Auxerrois, and Chardonnay.  Very dry with fresh wine floral aromas.  A mineral forward sparkling that accompanies desserts and triple cream cheeses.

ROSE

Trium Cabernet Sauvignon Rose (Rogue Valley, Oregon) Alc. 13.2%

A dry medium bodied rose with lush dark berries and notes of cherry blossom.  

Tresomm Gringolino Rose (Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico) Alc. 12.5%

Fresh berry, blood orange, and floral notes underscored by salty pickled melon.  

WHITE

Chacewater Sauvignon Blanc 2020 (Lake County, California) organic Alc. 14.5%

Clean and   herbal. Very fragrant with grapefruit   and gooseberry. Crisp and steely with   apricot finish.

Comtesse de Malet Roquefort Bordeaux Blanc 2020 (Saint-Emillion, France) Alc. 12.5%

This is a versatile Sauvignon Blanc blend with 20% Semillon added to round out the wine.  Upfront, bright, citrusy/minerally aromas with a crisp edge.  Wet stone, grapefruit, green melon, lime zest flavors are framed in a fresh, taut, minerally structure.

Dutton Goldfield Riesling Chileno Valley 2019 (Santa Rosa, California) Alc. 12.5%

An extremely dry Riesling with zero residual sugar.  The cold climate of the Petaluma Gap provides the crisp dryness.  The nose is brisk with diesel, zesty lime, with rounder notes of crane melon softening the edges. Sweet lemon blossom and a steely oyster shell minerality back up the fruit notes.  92 pts WE

Levendi Sauvignon Blanc 2021 (Oakville, California) Alc. 13.5%

Lovely citrus and grapefruit tones dominate the aroma of the wine. A medium-full-bodied wine, with bold grapefruit and light honeysuckle flavors mid-palate. The finish is bright with cleansing acidity. 

Levendi Estate Chardonnay 2020 (Oakville, California) Alc. 14.5%

Citrus-like orange blossom and gardenia tones dominate the aromas with moderate oak notes. Apple and stone fruit tones emerge along with complex viscosity. The finish and lasting impressions are of lemon pastry bars and full smiles. 

Levendi Perspective Chardonnay (Oakville, California) Alc. 14.5% 

This wine has bold aromas of tropical fruit, kiwi, and tangerine that give way to layers of earthy pear and citrus on the palate. The wine's bright and crisp finish is beguiling and sophisticated, with lingering pear notes throughout. 

Kuleto Estate Chardonnay Homestead Block 2019 (Napa Valley, CA) Alc. 14%

The 2019 Kuleto Estate Chardonnay exudes aromas of roasted butternut squash and oak, which give way to juicy, fruity flavors of pineapple. The French oak shines through on the palate creating a silky smooth vanilla finish.  This is one of the most balanced Chardonnays we've enjoyed!

MacRostie Chardonnay (Sonoma Coast, California) Alc. 14.5% 

Pineapple and fresh churned butter on the nose. Subtle flavors of tangerine and limestone.  

Sass Gewurztraminer (Willamette Valley, Oregon) Alc. 11.2%

Dry, aromatic and fun. With floral aromas and a hint of tropical fruit and lychee. Structurally racy with a lingering finish and juicy texture. 

Babcock "Once in a Lifetime" Ultra Late Harvest Viogner 2018 (Lompoc, CA) Alc. 13%

Once in a blue moon, the shriveling fruit will become inundated, at just the right moment, with the “noble” mold Botrytis, rendering clusters that have a chance to produce liquid gold.   The 2018 Once in a Lifetime is redolent of candied apricot, ginger, orange confit, spice and tropical fruit. Rich and unctuous, the 2018 is quite lavish in terms of richness, yet retains notable freshness.  95 pts V

Yering Station Little Yering Pinot Noir (Victoria, Australia) Alc. 13%

Captivating aromas of cardamom and Christmas spices with flavors of pomegranate and bright cherry bramble.  

Babcock Backroads Western Sky (Lompoc, California) Alc. 14%

Fruit forward with tons of ripe berry and a nice expression of oak. Comprised of a little bit of every red wine made at Babcock Winery.  

El Bajio Marselan Red Wine 2019 (Querètaro, Mexico) Alc. 13%

A unique varietal with aromas of white pepper, cedar, and fig   jam delivers a smooth wine with flavors of cocoa, anise, roses, coffee,   raisins, cranberries, and ripe black fruits. Medium to full tannins with a   lengthy finish.

Casa Del Bosque Carmenere Reserva 2020 (Rapel Valley, Chile) Alc. 14%

A truly unique red wine that would accompany Sushi and Teriyaki cuisine.  Undeniable ancho chilis in the nose along with fermented soy beans and sesame oil.  Palate consists of dark cherry, salinity, and sage. 90 pts WE

Adobe Guadalupe Jardin de Tru (Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico) Alc. 14%

Wild berries, forest floor, and green peppercorns on the nose lead to ripe dark fruit, spice, and earth on the palate. Fine tannins and great acidity give this food-friendly wine the ultimate balance. A wine that pairs perfectly with al pastor tacos! 

FontanaFredda Serralunga d'Alba Barolo 2016 (Serralunga d'Alba, Italy) Alc. 14.5%

A remarkable Nebbiolo with clear-cut, intense nose with overtones of vanilla, spices, withered roses and underbrush. The taste is dry, but soft, full-bodied, velvety and wellbalanced, and is very long-lasting.  Ideal with big red meat dishes and medium or mature cheeses, it can also make for pleasant after-dinner company.  

Giol Merlot (Veneto, Italy) Alc. 12% 

Easy drinking wine with delicate floral notes combined with fresh berries and wild cherries. Attractive plush finish. 

Levendi Sweetwater Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 (Oakville, California) Alc. 14.8%

Classic Napa Cabernet Sauvignon. Aromas of black cherry and boysenberry and herbaceous green pepper.  Mid-palate bold cassis and cherry notes, along with youthful tannins emerging for long-term cellaring. The finish is long and lingering. 

Niner Estates Bootjack Red (Paso Robles, California) Alc. 13.5% 

A serious blend expressing dark fruit, dark berries, dried herbs, cedar and tar. Full-bodied with fine, firm tannins. Well structured, with a harmonious framework and a creamier and fruity core of ripe and juicy dark berries and spices. 

Levendi Symphonia Red Blend (Oakville, CA) Alc. 14.5% 

This is an intensely powerful, ripe and robust wine, richly layered in black-cherry and chocolate flavors. Secondary characteristics of clove, tobacco and dried herb nip at the full-bodied middle as toasted oak takes the final bow. It is very small production and hand made. 

Klinker Brick Old Ghost Old Vine Zinfindel (Lodi, California) Alc. 15.9% 

An intense nose of black pepper and botanicals lead to full-bodied flavors of juicy pomegranate and ripe cherry layered with herb aromas. This wine is bursting with acidity and concentrated notes of bright berries and dark chocolate.  

Xanadu Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 (Margaret River, Australia) Alc. 14%

 This wine exhibits vibrant, characteristic aromas of cassis, mulberries, and black plums entwined with hints of cinnamon, nori and potpourri. Full-bodied yet refined, the generous palate offers a core of inky berry fruits, boysenberry, blackcurrants and Satsuma plums.  Dense and well- structured, the palate is layered with these dark fleshy fruit characteristics and ripe tannins which culminate through to a persistent Cabernet finish.  95 pts RP
